Richborough is actively promoting approximately 61 acres of land to the north of Benets Road, Hornchurch within the administrative boundary of the London Borough of Havering.
The current proposals are for 475 homes, with 50% affordable housing. 50% of the site will be publicly accessible open space with meadow & wildlife areas, community orchard, community woodland and play space.
