Little Green Lane, Croxley Green

Planning Application Submitted

Image shows a sketch visualisation of a masterplan

Richborough has submitted a planning application for a desirable new neighbourhood on the north side of Croxley Green near Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.

Designed to an exceptionally high standard, our exciting plans for the 100 acre site off Little Green Lane propose:

  • Up to 600 new homes in a range of types and sizes, including self-build and 50 per cent affordable housing.
  • A new primary school and land for future expansion.
  • A new local centre and civic space, including a medical centre, retail space and a community hub.
  • Extensive new parkland including play areas, fitness routes, communal food growing and view corridors integrating views of existing woodland and the Grade II listed Durrants House close by.

A bus route and network of new walking and cycling routes are proposed to encourage healthy lifestyles and sustainable modes of travel. The centre of Croxley Green and Croxley tube station are both conveniently located just over a mile away whilst Watford Junction Station is located just under two miles away.

A Design Code supports the application to set the quality benchmark and ensure that our vision for the site is delivered by the appointed development partner.
