Richborough controlled a greenfield site off Princess Avenue towards the south of March in Cambridgeshire.
In October 2022 we submitted an outline planning application, which was approved by Fenland Council, in April 2023.
The scheme comprises up to 125 high quality homes in a range of types and sizes, including 20% on-site affordable housing provision alongside a central green, public open space and a children’s play area.
In April 2024, Richborough announced Balfour Beatty Homes as development partner who has since submitted a reserved matters application.
