Richborough promoted a 34 acre site on land to the West of Mickleover in the administrative area of South Derbyshire District Council.
A planning application for a sustainable development of 252 homes was submitted on 19 August 2015, and in April 2016 it was approved at committee.
Following a successful marketing exercise in 2016, the site was sold to Bloor Homes Ltd. A reserved matters application was submitted in May 2017.
