In December 2022 we signed a new promotion agreement to bring forward a 115-acre site on Newport Pagnell Road in Northamptonshire.
The greenfield site is located some two miles south-east of Northampton town centre.
It has the potential to deliver up to 765 new homes. a new country park, children’s play area, tree lined avenues, community orchards and allotments.
We look forward to engaging with stakeholders and submitting a planning application at the earliest opportunity.
