Richborough signed an agreement to promote this circa 42 acre parcel of land in March 2024 for a residential development of up to 415 new homes with 20% affordable provision.
Outline planning was submitted in March 2024 and consented in September 2025. Barratt Homes signed up as delivery partner in November 2025.
The site is adjacent to our Phase 1 development that secured outline planning permission in January 2024 for 475 new homes and land reserved for a primary school.
