Richborough is promoting a 224 acre site to the South of Ormskirk, West Lancashire.
The site is split into two parcels by Altys Lane. The northern parcels are being promoted for residential development comprising up to 1,400 homes for a variety of household sizes.
For the remainder of the site, we are proposing 37 acres of high-quality office and research styled facilities set in an attractive new landscape park, plus two local centres, a primary school and sports facilities.
New student accommodation and academic expansion for Edge Hill University is also planned.
The site will be promoted for Green Belt release within West Lancashire’s Local Plan Review.
