Richborough is pleased to be promoting this 16.6 acre parcel of land on the edge of Edenbridge, where planning permission was secured June 2026.
We submitted an outline planning application proposing:

- A new network of pedestrian and cycle routes, linking through to Hever Road and Mill Hill

Wokingham
We have signed a promotion agreement for this 37.5-acre parcel of land off the A329(M) north of Wokingham which has the potential for up to 300 plots with up to 50% affordable. The site is close to the Old Forest meadows and Ashridge Meadow in Berkshire.
