Richborough is pleased to be promoting this 16.6 acre parcel of land on the edge of Edenbridge, where planning permission was secured June 2026.
We submitted an outline planning application proposing:
- Up to 135 high-quality new homes, half of which will be affordable
- A new network of pedestrian and cycle routes, linking through to Hever Road and Mill Hill
- Provision of open space, accessible to all
- Retention and enhancement of existing walkways and Public Rights of Way
