We have submitted a planning application for a high-quality residential application, with the potential to unlock up to 65 new homes, including 30% affordable.
The 7.9-acre site is located on the edge of Prestop Park Wood and is draft allocated for development in the Northwest Leicestershire local plan.
Guided by our design principles, the proposals will prioritise the wellbeing of new and existing residents, with the creation of new woodland and inclusion of walking and cycling paths.
