In January 2022, Richborough secured outline planning permission for a 6.8-acre site off Hinckley Road, Stoke Golding, following positive engagement with the community during a public consultation in April 2021.
The approved scheme includes up to 70 market and affordable homes, along with over two acres of public open space. The site is well-located within walking and cycling distance of local amenities, including schools, healthcare, and Stoke Golding Recreation Park. It also aligns with the emerging Neighbourhood Plan’s housing objectives.
We completed the sale to Miller Homes in March 2022, helping bring forward much-needed housing for the village.
