• New public open spaces for the benefit of new and existing residents of Dickens Heath
• New cycle and pedestrian connections
• New children’s play spaces
• New road infrastructure along Tilehouse Lane to provide improved access
• Relocation of existing sporting clubs to new facilities in accordance with Clubs and Governing bodies requirements
