Hillside Lane, Great Amwell

Richborough is promoting a 30- acre parcel of land  land off Hillside Lane, Great Amwell for high quality residential development.

We have submitted a design led planning application proposing up to 200 new homes, including affordable housing;  new
walking and cycling infrastructure, and nearly 6 acres of  public open space,enhancing health, wellbeing and biodiversity.

Richborough is promoting land off Wrexham Road, Whitchurch for high quality residential development.

The site has the potential for around 280 new homes.

Lee Gardens, Hornchurch

Richborough is actively promoting approximately 61 acres of land to the north of Benets Road, Hornchurch within the administrative boundary of the London Borough of Havering.

The current proposals are for 475 homes, with 50% affordable housing. 50% of the site will be publicly accessible open space with meadow & wildlife areas, community orchard, community woodland and play space.

Kenilworth Road, Knowle

Richborough is promoting land off  Kenilworth Road in Knowle for a highly desirable and well-connected new neighbourhood that will help respond to local housing need.

We have submitted an outline planning application for the scheme located immediately adjacent to Knowle’s primary school and within a short walk to the High Street and other local services and facilities.

Our design-led, landscape-driven plans propose up to 300 high-quality new homes for people at every stage of life, including significant affordable housing provision.

An abundance of public open space is also planned, including a new community park with the potential for a sports pitch, equipped areas of play, informal play-on-the-way areas, a community orchard and spaces for nature and ecological biodiversity.

New and improved pedestrian links will also connect to existing routes into Knowle and the surrounding countryside and measures proposed for Kenilworth Road would enable it to be downgraded to “quiet lane” status, reducing traffic speeds and improving the environment.  The proposed community car park will provide valuable additional parking for the area.

Arnold Crescent, Newbold Verdon

Richborough is promoting a circa 16.5 acre parcel of land off Arnold Crescent for high quality, attractive residential development.

Our design led vision is a development that will positively integrate into the local setting and neighbourhood in Newbold Verdon, while caters to the needs of the local community and providing a diverse range of housing options.

  • Up to 135 new homes including affordable housing
  • New public open spaces and play provision.

  • Up to 300 new homes, of which 35% will be affordable, in a range o types and sizes that respond to local housing need.
