Rouncil Lane, Kenilworth

We are promoting this 27 acre site to bring much-needed new homes to Kenilworth. It could cater for up 180 new homes including 40% affordable. We’d ensure new vehicular and pedestrian access as well as bring a new focal green space with nature play trail and pedestrian links to local allotments and green space.

 

Tanworth Lane, Cheswick Green

Richborough is promoting a circa 20-acre site off Tanworth Lane outside of Shirley near Solihull for high quality residential development.

We have submitted a design-led planning application proposing:

  • Around 150 new homes, with a mix of market and affordable properties, contributing to local housing need
  • New areas of public open space and play space which will enhance biodiversity and provide a minimum of 10% bio-diversity net gain.

Richborough is proud to be promoting this 12.3 acre site off Sycamore Close in Stockton.

We have submitted an outline planning application to Stratford-upon-Avon District Council for high quality residential development that includes:

Camp Road, Upper Heyford South

Richborough is promoting this 78.8 acre site south of Camp Road for residential development.

Our design-led plans for the scheme propose up to 475 new homes, 35% of which are affordable, along with public open spaces, with new green corridors and pedestrian and cycle routes improving permeability in the area, as well as equipped playgrounds, ecology features and natural play areas.

Our vision is to unlock a high-quality, locally-distinct and sustainable addition to Heyford Park, a place that meets local housing needs while responding to the character of Heyford Park.

Fringford Road, Caversfield

Richborough is delighted to be promoting this 17-acre site off Fringford Road in Caversfield, Oxfordshire.

We submitted an outline planning application for high quality residential development with placemaking at its core.

Our proposals include:

  • 99 market and affordable new homes to boost housing delivery
  • Landscaped open spaces including equipped children’s play areas, natural play areas and other recreation opportunities for both new and existing residents
  • Walking and cycling routes to ensure sustainable and attractive connectivity to the wider settlement and immediate countryside
  • Biodiversity enhancements through enhancement of landscaping through new tree planting, SuDS features and the introduction of substantial areas of public open space
  • Provision of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure for new homesdwellings

Dog Kennel Lane, Shirley

Richborough is promoting a 44-acre site off Dog Kennel Lane in Shirley. 

The site was a proposed allocation in the Solihull District Local Plan and we submitted an outline planning application for 550 homes after the Local Plan was submitted for examination.  The Local Plan was subsequently found unsound and withdrawn.  

We secured a Resolution to Grant (RTG) planning permission at Committee.

Gaydon Road, Bishops Itchington

Richborough is pleased to have been appointed by the landowner to promote this 8.8 acre site in Southam, near Stratford upon Avon.

Following public consultation, we have submitted an outline planning application for up to 70 new homes with public open space and play areas.

Station Road, Market Bosworth

We are promoting 19.5 acres (gross) in the Leicestershire market town of Market Bosworth.

Our outline planning application proposes 126 new homes with 40% designated as affordable, the site will act as a natural extension to the existing residential development in the town, accessed from Station Road.

Plans include a new community orchard and kitchen garden, a designated and protected wildlife and wildflower area to boost biodiversity with ponds, wooded areas and native hedgerows, along with a variety of areas for play.

December 2025: We have lodged a planning appeal for this scheme and look forward to the hearing.

Tassell Hall, Redbourn

As a natural extension of the village of Redbourn, Hertfordshire, we are promoting a 37-acre site that could deliver up to 230 new homes with 50% allocated to affordable housing. The land forms part of the wider ‘West Redbourn’ allocation within the emerging St Albans Submission Local Plan.
