Bull Lane, Gerrards Cross

Richborough is promoting an 18 acre site off Newton Lane in Turvey, Bedfordshire for high quality residential development.

Shaped by local consultation, we have submitted a planning application proposing:

  • Up to 100 homes, including affordable housing, to help meet identified local housing need.
  • Areas of public open space, green infrastructure corridors and play areas, connected by new footways spread throughout the development
  • A SuDS draiange feature with additional benefits to residential amenity, improving water quality and biodiversity net gain.

Aston on Trent

Richborough is promoting a 4.12 hectare site for residential development at the southern edge of Aston on Trent. Proposals include affordable dwellings, public open space and new planting. A planning application was submitted in June 2016 and subsequently refused in October 2016. Richborough continue to monitor the delivery of housing across the District.

Lighthorne Road, Kineton

Richborough is promoting an 8.94-acre site off Lighthorne Road in Kineton, Stratford-upon-Avon.

We submitted a design-led planning application, which proposes:

  • Up to 70 new homes, of which 35% will be affordable, responding to local housing need.
  • Public open space, children’s play areas and biodiversity enhancements

The site is situated in a sustainable location, with access to local facilities both within Kineton and wider connections through the existing public transport network.

We secured a Resolution To Grant (RTG) planning permission at commitee.

Uttoxeter Road, Stone

Richborough  is promoting this 11.5 acre site off Uttoxeter Road in Stone for high quality residential development, and a planning application has been submitted.

Barby Road, Kilsby

Richborough is promoting a parcel of land off Barby Road in Kilsby, West Northamptonshire. An outline planning application was approved in December 2024 but has returned to West Northamptonshire Council to clarify outstanding s106 issues.

Our proposals cover 41 dwellings with a vehicular access taken from Barby Road with landscaping as shown on the attached masterplan.
