Richborough has been appointed to this 11.6-acre site in Tadworth, superbly located for London commuter links and the Surrey South Downs. The site has potential for up to 95 new homes and an affordable provision of 30%
We are actively promoting this 63.7-acre site in Somerset as a natural extension of the town of Wincanton, for up to 260 homes with 35% affordable.
We are actively promoting this 63 acre site close to the A367 in Midsomer Norton, Radstock, which could accommodate up to 225 homes.
This superbly situated site near the historic town of Warwick could deliver up to 100 new homes with 40% designated as affordable.
Under consideration is a new community park incorporating children’s play, secondary green links and pedestrian cycle links to Warwick Parkway station.
Currently designated as Greenfield, this 30-acre site near Castle Bromwich could provide up to 275 new homes with 40% as affordable. Plans under discussion include a multi-functional public realm with green infrastructure, new wildlife habitat areas and pedestrian links, as well as children’s play areas.
Richborough has been appointed to promote this 171 acre site in Grove, Oxfordshire which could accommodate up to 650 new homes with 35% affordable provision.
