Richborough is promoting a 123.4-acre parcel of land for residential development in Heath Hayes.

The land to the south of Cannock Road is in the draft allocation of South Staffordshire’s local plan and plans accommodate 700 homes, with 30% affordable and 38.5%  dedicated to open spaces including a country park.

We’ve signed a promotion agreement for a new site located off Lichfield Road with the potential to deliver around 100 new homes.

Connecting Rushall and Walsall, the site has brilliant amenities and infrastructure already in place.

Richborough is promoting this 8.4 acre site in Codsall, Staffordshire for residential development. Meeting the local draft allocation plan by providing up to 85 homes with 30% dedicated to affordable homes, the site will provide pedestrian links and connect in with local infrastructure including the train station and local shops.

We are promoting around 36 acres of land off Cumberhills Road to the south of the village for residential development.

We expect that the proposals will include extensive areas of public open space including provision of a new country park,  affordable housing provision and sustainable drainage infrastructure.

Richborough is promoting land off Lincoln Road, Market Deeping, Cambridgeshire to bring forward a residential-led mixed-use development.

In August 2023 Richborough signed a promotion agreement with a landowner for a 24.35-acre parcel of land in Malvern.

Located on Guarlford Road, the land is close to the Malvern Hills and has the potential to deliver around 200 homes.
