Richborough Commercial has entered into a promotion agreement with a landowner to bring forward a new industrial and logistics opportunity in Bedfordshire.

The 23-acre site is located on the A507 north of Ridgmont close to Prologis Park Marston Gate distribution park and the established employment area of Brogborough.

We look forward to promoting the site through the local plan process and obtaining planning permission and securing a development partner at the earliest opportunity.

Richborough Commercial is promoting a 200-acre Green Belt site, located in Gailey adjoining the M6 motorway in South Staffordshire.

The site has the potential to deliver over 2 million sq ft of logistics development.

In December 2022 we signed a new promotion agreement to bring forward a 115-acre site on Newport Pagnell Road in Northamptonshire.

The greenfield site is located some two miles south-east of Northampton town centre.

It has the potential to deliver up to 765 new homes. a new country park, children’s play area, tree lined avenues, community orchards and allotments.

Close to A338 and River Stour this 85-acre parcel of land would extend the village of Holdenhurst to the north east of Bournemouth.

The site could deliver 450 plots of which 45% would be designated as affordable housing.

Richborough is promoting a 28.8 acre of agricultural land to the north of Guiseley and the site is within Leeds City Council (LCC) administrative boundary. The site is bounded by Mire Beck to the north, railway lines to the east, Ings Lane to the south and residential to the west.

The site was a proposed Green Belt allocation in the Leeds Sites Allocations Plan (SAP) until Aireborough Neighbourhood Development Forum challenged the plan which was heard in High Court.

Following further consultation and modifications to the SAP, the Council proposed that the site will remain in the Green Belt which is being considered by the Inspector before concluding whether the Council’s proposals are found sound and legally compliant before adoption.

The site will be promoted for Green Belt release within the Leeds City Council Local Plan.

We have entered into a Promotion Agreement to promote two parcels of land either side of the High Street at the south of the village.

We will be promoting the site to the emerging West Northamptonshire Strategic Plan with the aim of securing an allocation for residential development. We will soon be working up proposals for the site which will show the provision of policy compliant housing, as well as public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage features.

Richborough is promoting a greenfield site extending to 110 acres located on the A4303, adjacent to the west of Magna Park, Lutterworth.

As of January 2023, our merging illustrative masterplan is for six industrial and logistics units totalling 1,140,000 sq. ft, along with associated Biodiversity Net Gain land.

We’re in consultation with Harborough District Council about the plans.

In October 2021 we entered into an agreement to promote land at Lampits Hill, Corringham in Essex.

The site is located in Thurrock Borough and is capable of delivering approximately 120 new homes of which 35% would be affordable.

We are working with key stakeholders to promote this 14-acre site through Thurrock’s emerging Local Plan to assist the delivery of much needed new homes in the borough.

We completed a land promotion agreement for a 7.5 acre site in Shepperton, in the borough of Spelthorne, Surrey in January 2021.

Located off New Road, it will deliver approximately 130 new homes including affordable housing provision.

The Green Belt site benefits from an allocation in the emerging Spelthorne Local Plan.

We look forward to working with our landowner and stakeholders to swiftly secure planning consent and bring forward much needed new homes for the area.

We entered into a Promotion Agreement for a 26 acre site in Monmouth, Wales in 2020.

We are promoting the site for around 200 new homes, employment land, public open space, a community orchard and children’s play areas.

Situated off Wonastow Road on the western side of Monmouth, the site is in a highly sustainable location within easy reach of the shops and services of Monmouth town.

We look forward to working with Monmouthshire County Council and other stakeholders to promote the site through Monmouthshire’s Replacement Local Development Plan.
