Alex Sciarretta joined Richborough as our Group Land Director in early 2024. Alex supports all our regions and Richborough Commercial in accelerating site acquisition and land studies to support our ambitious growth plans.
Alex was previously land director at Carden Group, and before that held similar roles at Harrow Estates and Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties.
Outside of work Alex is kept busy by family life. His two daughters horse ride, competing in one day events and tetrathlons. They enjoy walking and cycling as a family and Alex enjoys playing golf, cricket and football.
