Charlotte joined Richborough in 2023 to provide technical support to our regional teams throughout the lifecycle of their residential, mixed use and commercial projects – from the planning stage through to disposal.
She joined from Piper Homes and has held previous posts at Spitfire Homes, and Bellway Homes and Persimmon Homes.
Charlotte has a HND in Construction Management and the Built Environment from the University of Wolverhampton.
In her spare time she enjoys painting, reading both non-fiction and fiction novels, and practicing yoga.
