David works with technical director Stuart Nelmes and the wider team to ensure rigorous due diligence in the assessment and planning of our growing national portfolio of residential and commercial sites, maximising value and opportunities whilst mitigating constraints. He has a wealth of technical expertise following long term technical and design roles with Redrow, Taylor Wimpey and David Wilson Homes.
David joined us in 2025 and is based from our London office when not analysing sites for development, can usually be found exploring the countryside with his wife, two children and the family dog – or following West Ham United through all the highs and lows that come with it.
