Haydn is a Chartered Town Planner, joining Richborough Estates from planning consultants Pegasus in September 2016. Having worked in the private sector for his entire professional career, he has significant experience in both the residential and commercial planning sectors. He has represented a large number of national and regional house builders and developers including Crest Nicholson, Barratt DWH, Morris Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, Persimmon, Westerman Homes, Redrow and Wilson Bowden Developments.
He has a First Class Honours degree in Urban Planning and an Advanced Diploma in Environmental Planning (with Distinction). In his role at Richborough, Haydn is responsible for our West of England region including developing and delivering the region’s planning strategy, providing planning advice to our land managers and directors, and managing consultant teams across a range of different projects.
Away from work, Haydn is a music fan and can play the drums, he enjoys a spot of gardening, and is an armchair cyclist – keen watcher but not participant!
