Jonathan is a Chartered Town Planner with experience in both the private and public sector and is an dedicated follower of matters relating to the development and regeneration of land and communities.
He has worked on behalf of many national house builders whilst at specialist planning consultancy HOW Planning and has more recently been responsible for the promotion and management of Staffordshire County Council’s extensive land and property portfolio.
In his time as a planning consultant he worked on a wide range of residential, retail, leisure and mixed-use projects on behalf of nationally respected developers and retailers – including retailers Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Ikea; and house builders Taylor Wimpey, David Wilson Homes and Bellway Homes.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Liverpool’s Department of Civic Design in 2010 with a 1st Class Honours degree in Town and Country Planning. During his academic studies he was awarded the Alexander Anderson and Margaret Bryce Smith awards for Academic Attainment and the Moss Madden Scholarship.
Outside of work Jonathan is a keen sportsman who enjoys middle-distance running, football and snowsports.
