As regional director of our South West region, Katherine is responsible for driving its growth by unlocking new land opportunities and maximising the existing portfolio while delivering the best possible outcome for all stakeholders. The region covers Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex.
Previously Katherine was Land Director at Gleeson Land, where she led the Southern region and oversaw land opportunities from acquisition and planning through to sale. Before that Katherine was a Development Director at Berkeley Strategic, again leading the Land Team and acquiring new strategic land sites for the business.
Katherine started her career as a graduate at Welbeck Land, where she was promoted to Land Manager. She has an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School and a BA in Philosophy from King’s College London.
Most of Katherine’s spare time is taken up with her sports-obsessed young son, taking him to countless activities and children’s birthday parties. She also practices Pilates when she gets the chance!
