Mark joined Richborough in 2024 as Planning Director for our East region, advising on residential and mixed-use developments across the expanding region.
With 20 years of planning experience, RTPI-accredited Mark previously worked in senior positions at Stantec, Amos Group and Pegasus Group. Mark specialises in strategic land promotion and has worked on numerous major residential developments and sustainable urban extension projects over his career.
He has considerable knowledge of the development management and takes a diligent and practical approach to ensure projects achieve a successful outcome. Mark takes satisfaction from seeing projects progress through the various challenges of the planning system to being developed and brought into use.
In his spare time Mark enjoys walking his two dogs in the countryside and supporting his favourite football club, Aston Villa.
