Matt joined Richborough in January 2025 as Planning Delivery Director. He heads up our Planning Delivery team, which prepares and manages planning application submission and post submission activity up to determination. They also provide project management for appeals, working closely with our Regional Planners.
Matt was attracted to Richborough thanks to our great reputation in the housebuilding sector for the quality and quantity of opportunities bought to market, aswell as our ambitions growth plans.
Previously Matt was a Regional Board Director at Redrow, responsible for both the strategic land and planning functions in the South Midlands, stretching from Oxford to Cambridge.
In his spare time, when not acting as a taxi service for his two daughters, he visits the gym and is a big Manchester United fan!
