Matthew joined Richborough in July 2026 as Planning Manager for our South West region. In his new role Matthew supports our client’s land through the planning process, to secure planning permission and help prepare for sale to a housebuilder partner.
Prior to joining Richborough, Matthew was a Planner at Cala Homes, where he really enjoyed the experience he gained in strategic land.
In his spare time, Matthew enjoys planning tennis, hiking and travelling and his favourite movie is District 9.
