Mel joined Richborough in January 2025 as Senior Disposals Manager, to help manage the increasing number of land sales to our residential and commercial development partners.
Mel has previously worked at Spitfire Homes and Vistry Cotwolds, focusing on immediate and strategic land acquisitions.
Most of Mel’s spare time is spent with her 2 year old son and husband, going on dog walks, going to the gym / playing tennis. She also loves socialising with friends over a glass of wine and travelling to sunny destinations.
