Nick holds an MSc in International Real Estate and Planning from UCL and, before joining Richborough, worked for Ptarmigan where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of several large scale strategic sites across Southern England.
Since joining as a Regional Director in 2017, Nick has established Richborough’s strong presence in the South East, overseeing the significant expansion of the regional portfolio across Herts, Essex, Kent, East Sussex and Greater London.
Away from the office, Nick spends much of his time tending to his young family and is a keen tennis player.
In November 2024, Nick was promoted to Senior Regional Director, in recognition of his contribution to his region and to Richborough.
