Owen joined Richborough as a Planning Manager in 2024 from Trenport, where he covered the full development process, overseeing promotion through to development completion. Prior to that he held positions with Savills and Coda Planning.
From early days playing with Lego through to a degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield, Owen has always had an interest in architecture and the built environment and how it can contribute to solving broader issues such as the UK’s housing crisis.
In his spare time, he coaches (children), plays (in a Saturday league) and watches football and holds a specific place in his heart for Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool FC.
