Paul has over 20 years of experience in contracting, consultancy and development and has been responsible for project managing significant mixed use, retail and commercial schemes.
Paul joined Richborough Estates in 2004 and during this time gained an excellent track record in identifying and negotiating strategic land, managing it successfully through the planning process and ultimately to disposal.
Paul is passionate about strategic land and believes the ever changing national and local policies present a real opportunity to those that are able to be continually responsive to its challenges. Paramount to his approach is ensuring that landowner’s assets are maximised, and he strives to be pro-active and collaborative in his approach with officers of the Council and the local community.
Paul is kept busy at weekends with his three children and is a keen skier and occasional enduro motorcross rider.
