Prior to joining Richborough in Summer 2024, Spencer Philips worked as a Land Sourcer at High Living Estates and founded ProspectLandSourcing.
Spencer is part of Richborough’s Land Studies division which focuses on creating new opportunities for the regional promotion teams across the UK.
Spencer is a BIG Game of Thrones fan and enjoys hiking, cooking, travelling and spot of gardening in his spare time.
