We’re thrilled to have appointed industry big hitter Katherine Titley as Regional Director of our South West region.
Most recently Katherine was Land Director at Gleeson Land, where she led the Southern region and oversaw land opportunities from acquisition and planning through to sale. Before that Katherine was a Development Director at Berkeley Strategic, again leading the Land Team and acquiring new strategic land sites for the business.
Katherine started her career as a graduate at Welbeck Land, where she was promoted to Land Manager. She has an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School and a BA in Philosophy from King’s College London.
In her new role at Richborough, Katherine will lead the South West region’s ambitious plans to triple the size of its residential and mixed-use portfolio in the coming years by unlocking new land opportunities and maximising existing sites, while delivering the best possible outcome for all stakeholders. The South West region covers Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
Katherine will be supported by Western Division managing director Jonathan Bloor, Senior Land & Planning Manager Alanna Mahoney, Planning Director Haydn Jones and Group Land Director Alex Sciaretta, along with Richborough’s in-house Technical, Design, Planning Delivery and Disposals teams.
Her base will be at Richborough’s London office at 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens alongside the firm’s South East region, which has enjoyed a record period of growth shaped by the NPPF reforms and shifting local policies. Together the two regions will further strengthen Richborough’s presence in the capital and in the south and south-east of England.
