Richborough promoted a 3.35 hectare site on the northern edge of Brailsford for a residential development of 71 dwellings, including open market and affordable dwellings, public open space, children’s play area, landscaping and a new community car park.
A planning application was submitted in June 2016 and a portion of the site (47 dwellings) was approved by planning committee in the autumn.
It was sold November 2018 to Cameron Homes.
