Richborough controlled a 4.92 hectare site on the northern edge of Haddenham, off Church Way.
The site is close to a number of key services and is accessible to the Haddenham and Thame Parkway railway station which offers sustainable transport links to the wider area.
We promoted the site through the emerging Buckinghamshire Unitary Authority Local Plan and secured planning consent at appeal on August 23rd 2024. We sold the site to sustainable housebuilder, Greencore, in August 2024.
