Richborough is promoting this 6.7 acre site off Huddlesford Lane in Whittington for high quality residential development.
The site is in the Green Belt and had a former proposed allocation in the now withdrawn Local Plan.
We have submitted a design-led outline planning application which proposes:
- Around 72 new market and affordable homes
- Green open space, cycle and footpaths
- New area of car parking for immediate neighbours on Back Lane, to improve the current on-street parking.
