Richborough is promoting an 8.94-acre site off Lighthorne Road in Kineton, Stratford-upon-Avon.
We submitted a design-led planning application, which proposes:
- Up to 70 new homes, of which 35% will be affordable, responding to local housing need.
- Public open space, children’s play areas and biodiversity enhancements
The site is situated in a sustainable location, with access to local facilities both within Kineton and wider connections through the existing public transport network.
We secured a Resolution To Grant (RTG) planning permission at commitee.
