Richborough is promoting a 27.9 acre parcel of land in Shepshed, Leicestershire.
The site is an emerging residential allocation (reference HA39) in the Charnwood Local Plan 2021-37 .
We have submitted an outline planning application for a new neighbourhood, comprising:
- The development of up to 190 new homes;
- The provision of up to 30% affordable housing;
- Vehicle and pedestrian access to Ashby Road Central to the north;
- Areas of public open space and opportunities for tree and shrub planting throughout the site in line
- A Children’s Play Areas;
- Surface water drainage features on the north and east parts of the site; and
- New recreational routes around the site particularly in the open space and landscape buffer areas.
