NEW PLANNING PROMOTION AGREEMENTS
Northamptonshire
The 18-acre site is Earls Barton has the potential to deliver market and affordable housing, open space, children’s play areas and sustainable drainage systems.
Warwickshire
This 57-acre site is off Hospital Lane in Bedworth and is allocated in the adopted Local Plan for Nuneaton and Bedworth.
In July we submitted an outline planning application for the site, proposing up to 455 new homes and a district centre
Bournemouth
The 75-acre site in Townsend has the potential to deliver a new community of approximately 450 new market and affordable homes, a 60-bed care home, retail and community uses and extensive public open space.
South Gloucestershire
The 9-acre site in Tytherington has the potential to deliver around 75 new homes, including a proportion of affordable housing.
OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED
Derbyshire
Up to 75 new market and affordable homes are proposed for a 10.55-acre site south of Chesterfield Road in Matlock.
Cambridgeshire
We’re proposing up to 125 new homes public open space and a children’s play area in the town of March.
Worcestershire
Located off Brookend Lane in Kempsey, the proposed site stretches nearly 13 acres and will deliver up to 57 high quality market and affordable new homes.
East Riding of Yorkshire
Our two separate planning applications are for land at York Road in Market Weighton and include new homes and a Lidl foodstore.
SITE FOR SALE
Working with Savills, we’re pleased to bring to market a 14.3-acre residential development site in Launton, Oxfordshire, which can accommodate up to 65 new homes. Deadline for offers is 8th December.

We have secured Bloor Homes as our delivery partner for circa 200 new homes west of Ingleberry Road in Shepshed.
Kidderminster
Housebuilder Vistry Group has become our development partner for a 14-acre residential site off Habberley Road which was allocated in Wyre Forest’s Local Plan.
